These Terms govern your use of Cee-lo Kings (“the App”). By using the App you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be 17 years or older to use the App. The App simulates gambling and is intended solely for entertainment.

2. The game is play-money — no real-money gambling

Cee-lo Kings is a social casino / simulated gambling game. It uses virtual coins that:

• have no real-world monetary value;
• cannot be won, cashed out, redeemed, transferred, or exchanged for money or anything of value;
• are licensed to you for entertainment use inside the App only.

No real money is wagered and nothing of real value can be won or lost. Success in the App does not imply future success in real-money gambling.

3. Purchases

You may buy virtual coins through Apple’s in-app purchase system. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s terms. Purchases of virtual coins are final and non-refundable except where required by law or Apple’s policies; refund requests are handled by Apple. Virtual coins are consumed within the App and confer no ownership right.

4. Your account & conduct

You are responsible for activity on your account. You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, use unauthorized tools, harass other players, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Virtual items & changes

We may modify, manage, or remove virtual coins, cosmetics, and features, and may update or discontinue the App, at our discretion. Virtual items have no cash value and are not redeemable.

6. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Because virtual coins have no monetary value, our total liability relating to them is limited accordingly.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be noted in the App. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
