Cee-lo Kings (“the App”, “we”, “us”) is a free-to-play social dice game with simulated gambling using virtual coins that have no cash value. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. The App is intended for users 17 and older and is not directed to children under 17.

Information we collect

• Account — a username and a securely hashed password. You may also play as a guest, which creates a temporary account with no username or password.
• Gameplay & usage — in-game stats such as games played, wins, virtual coin balance, level, achievements, missions, referrals, and leaderboard results.
• Purchases — records of in-app purchases of virtual coins. Payments are processed by Apple; we never see or store your payment card details.
• Push token — if you enable notifications, a device push token so we can send reminders. You can turn this off any time in Settings.

We do not collect your real name, contact list, precise location, or advertising identifiers, and we do not use third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.

How we use it

• To run your account, gameplay, purchases, leaderboards, and social features.
• To validate in-app purchases and prevent fraud and abuse.
• To send notifications you opt into.
• To keep the service secure and working.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share limited data only with service providers that operate the App: Apple (in-app purchases and push delivery) and our hosting provider (which stores the game database). We may disclose information if required by law.

Data retention & deletion

You can permanently delete your account and associated data at any time in Settings → Delete Account. This removes your player record and purchase records and anonymizes historical game results. You may also email us to request deletion.

Security

Passwords are hashed, connections are encrypted (HTTPS/WSS), and access to the database is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

Children

Cee-lo Kings is rated 17+ for simulated gambling and is not intended for anyone under 17. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 17. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data. Use in-app deletion or contact us to exercise them.

Changes

We may update this policy; we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide notice in the App.
